What Will I Get from the BARWINNERS' Small Group Tutorial Program?
This Program Includes:
1. BARWINNERS' Intensive Bar Exam Course which provides you with a structured, paced, do-able LIVE Course specially designed to keep you on track and focused to ensure you are at your peak performance during the bar exam. We have the very best faculty consisting of outstanding instructors, tutors and mentors; all qualified Bar Exam specialists.
2. BARWINNERS' Books and Materials: This program includes BARWINNERS Course Books and Materials (Approach Book, "The Bar Review Bible", Question Book, which contains questions for every area and subject tested on the bar, BARWINNERS' Answer Book, Vol. I and Vol. II (contains Suggested Answers to the Essays in the BARWINNERS' Question Book); Performance Workbook with exercises and Simulated Performance Exams as well as Suggested Performance Exam Answers; Multi-State Book (2,000 practice MBE questions with explanation of correct answer and why the other 3 answer choices are incorrect).
3. TUTORIAL- SMALL GROUP - GOLD PROGRAM
BARWINNERS' personalized small group tutorial program (Group limited to six to eight students). Small intimate group (limited to 6-8 people) tutorial sessions with experienced Senior Tutor.
We answer all your questions personally. We're here to help you focus on what you need to do to pass the Bar.
The Group Tutorial sessions are usually two hours long. Tutorial focus and structure will depend on our Gold Tutors' assessment of the needs of the group. There will be at least one Small Group tutorial focusing on each area of the Bar Exam: Essay Preparation; Performance Test Short-Cuts; Multi-State (MBE) Tactics; and more.
The BARWINNERS team believes in you and knows that you can accomplish your GOAL. Our goal is to guide you thorough the Bar Exam with ease and confidence. We understand how important this is to you and how difficult it is to move on with your life until you pass.

- Small group tutoring packages are designed to help you set and keep to a study schedule, help you with essay writing outlining and organization, additional simulated exam feedback, performance test taking skills, Multistate (MBE) tactics. The Small Group tutorial is the answer. We help you with all of this.
- The Gold Group Tutor meets with your tutorial group and covers ALL THREE SECTIONS OF THE BAR EXAM: Essays, Performance Tests, and MBE. We provide support, motivation, encouragement, and inspiration.
- All attention is focused on you and the other members of the group.

- At the first Small Group Tutorial Session, your "Gold" Tutor, Shari Karney and Leonard Ludovico (The Bar Exam Fix-it-Specialist) will meet with the group to assess what you need. If you need substantive tutoring, writing organization help, scheduling assistance, performance exam work, MBE support, on any section or area of the Bar Exam that you are worried about, struggling with, or are having difficulties with. All of our time and attention is focused on you.
- Your Gold tutor will meet with you and your group for four Small Group Tutorial Sessions. Each session lasts approximately two-hours. Your Small Group Tutorial Sessions will focus on the following:
- Session One: Passing the Essays
- Session Two: Passing the Performance Test
- Session Three: Passing the Multi-State
- Session Four: Passing the Upcoming Bar Exam

As you know, I graduated from law school 14 years ago. I have taken the Bar Exam several times and after trying other Bar review courses, I decided to try Barwinners Gold Group and I am so thankful that I did!
I remember being so concerned with how little law I thought I knew and I didn’t believe I would be able to get a handle on it all.
My study time was severely limited due to work responsibilities and at times, I just didn’t know how it was going to happen.
Despite that, things actually came together and I was so calm going into the exam. During the essay portions of the test, I would hear your voice telling me to look at the facts and I would ask myself “what do the facts say?” I believe that is the key.
Another key is to have a planned strategy for attacking the PT portions. I was amazed at how much pressure was taken away just from knowing exactly how I would approach the PT. I made it a point to do all of the performance exams given as homework and to follow Professor Kelton’s approach. I am positive this helped me.
I never imagined how good it would feel to finally see the words, “The name above appears on the pass list for the July 2009 California Bar Examination.” Thanks to Barwinners, I don’t have to imagine anymore. Thank you so very much.

As a repeater I knew my odds of passing were awful, especially coming from my law school. On top of that, I was going through an unexpected family tragedy, which left me drained, scatterbrained and unmotivated.
