1. BARWINNERS Approach Book—The Bar Review "Bible"
WE WRITE IT FOR YOU: Our Approach Book--The Bar Review "Bible" gives you the substantive materials presented in a Bar Ready writing approach for every tested issue for the essays (click here to view a Sample of Approach Book). The substantive materials are presented in a step-by-step format in exactly the way and order you will write them on your bar exam booklet during the bar. We give you THE FORMAT and ALL the HEADNOTES and SUB HEADNOTES that you are going to use on the actual exam. We show you what issues you need to write for heavily tested areas. We give you pre-memorized and easy to write rule statements. That's why our pass rate is 94%.
2. BARWINNERS Question Book
The Question Book covers all the issues and areas of the law that are heavily tested by the California Bar Examiners as well as potential "surprise" issues and CROSSOVERS. Included in BARWINNERS' question book are: Contracts, Torts, Remedies, Evidence, Real Property, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure, Business Associations, Community Property, Trusts, Wills, and Professional Responsibility as well as the most heavily tested crossover possibilities.

4. BARWINNERS Performance Workbook
We have included FORMAT TEMPLATES for each. Included in the Performance Workbook are templates and Performance Exams that cover Memorandums of Points and Authorities, Inter-Office Memos, Client Letters, Legal Briefs, Declarations, Affidavits, Letters to Opposing Counsel, Documents of Legal Significance, Settlement Agreements, and Ethical Considerations. Each Performance Test has a File, Library, and Suggested Answer.
The Performance Workbook contains Performance Tests as well as Simulated Performance exams focusing on the most frequently tested types of Performance tasks. Whether it is a Memo, Points and Authorities, Client Letter, Discovery Plan, Opening Statement, Ethical Consideration or other Performance task you are shown how to format, organize, plan your time an. write and analyze it. You are given templates for the formats, headings, and structure for the most heavily tested types of performance tasks on the bar exam. We select former Bar Exam Performance Exams to use as teaching tools as well as the Suggested Answers to provide you with the STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION that the Bar Examiners' are looking for.
5. BARWINNERS Multi-State (MBE) Workbook
BARWINNERS' MBE WORKBOOK and 4-Day Workshop is designed to fully prepare you to take and PASS the Multistate Bar Exam ("MBE"). This is an entire MBE system for taking and scoring high on the MBE.

I graduated Loyola and did not pass the BAR the first time.
