She has discovered that the writing techniques that worked for you in law school probably won’t get you a passing score on the Bar Exam. Because, if what worked in law school worked on the Bar, then 100% of California law school graduates would pass the Bar. The official pass rate in California, however, is 29%-51%. This means that between 49%-71% of law students taking the Bar do not pass.

BARWINNERS shows you the tricks, red herrings and patterns so as to greatly improve your MBE score.

Our MBE instructor worked for the company that writes the MBE (Multistate) questions for the Bar Exam.

We give you a method to take each question, so you finish on time with the highest score. We teach you how to deal with long fact patterns and how to select the correct answer once you’ve narrowed it down to two choices.
