Our performance instructors are experts on the Performance Exam and have been teaching Legal Writing and Drafting, Legal Writing and Research, and Practical and Ethical Lawyering skills. Given consistently high marks from students, we understand what you need to score high marks on the Performance Exam. We show BARWINNERS students how to read, organize, outline and write a passing Performance Exam in the allotted three hours. Professor Paul Fredrix

Professor Fredrix is extremely familiar with the Bar Exam MBE patterns, nuances, tricks, and red herrings. Students MBE scores dramatically increase from MBE scores of 116 to 141!

Professor Fredrix is extremely familiar with the Bar Exam MBE patterns, nuances, tricks, and red herrings. He also lectures on the substantive law for each of the Multistate subjects while going over practice MBE questions. He is thorough and precise. BARWINNERS students have dramatically increased their MBE abilities and scores after taking Professor Fredrix’s MBE Workshop. Many of our students’ scores have dramatically increased (from a raw score of 115 to 146!) after taking Paul’s BARWINNERS MBE Workshop.

Professor Cheyanna Jaffke

Professor Cheyanna Jaffke HAS WRITTEN TRUSTS/WILLS QUESTIONS FOR THE CALIFORNIA BAR EXAMINERS

She graduated JD, University of Idaho College of Law, and LLM, University of Washington School of Law. While at the University of Idaho, she was director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which won the American Bar Association’s Law Student Rookie Site of the Year Award in 1999, and Continuing Site of the Year Award in 2000, 2001, and 2002.

She makes Trusts and Wills, Corporations and Community Property interesting. With her comprehensive knowledge of the substantive law, her dynamic, interactive teaching style and dry sense of humor, she has consistently received BARWINNERS highest teacher evaluations for the last 5 years. She prepares students to understand what the Examiners are looking for and write a passing Trust/Wills, Community Property and Corporations essay. So whether you have taken Trusts/Wills, Corporations or Community Property in law school or not, Professor Jaffke makes the subject readily interesting and understandable.

As Professor of Law at Western State University College of Law she teaches Wills and Trusts, Estate and Gift Taxation, Corporations, Community Property, Taxation of Business Entities, Federal Income Tax, and American Indian Law. She has published many legal articles and is a guest lecturer at various legal and tax seminars.

Professor Jaffke was recently appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury to serve on the volunteer-based committee, the National Taxpayer Advocacy Panel, which works to improve customer service at the IRS.
